HOW TO MAKE FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS:
Creole and garlic seasoning
Sauté onions and peppers in a tad of oil,
Add diced potatoes (we want pink) and a bit extra oil, season (we use creole and garlic seasoning), cook dinner till tender. Stirring recurrently.
I take away from pan to empty extra oil.
I do in oven and electrical skillet.
